Delayed Sell

Documents Required:

> Original Delayed Sale contract.
> No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Developer.
> MOU Sale agreement form (F).
> Original passport, visa, Emirates ID (seller and buyer).

Dubai Land Department Fees:

> 4% of sale price + 40 AED.

Registration Trustee Fees:

> 4,000 AED if the price of the property equal or more than 500,000 AED.
> 2,000 AED if the price of the property less than 500,000 AED.
